✅️Incoming Grade 7 students who graduated Grade 6 as RANK 1 VALEDICTORIAN can apply for a 100% tuition fee discount. A General Average of 96%-99% must be maintained at the end of the School Year and must be in Good Moral Standing.
✅️ Incoming Grade 7 students who graduated Grade 6 as RANK 2 SALUTATORIAN can apply for a 50% tuition fee discount. A General Average of 94%-95% must be maintained at the end of the School Year and must be in Good Moral Standing.

Applications shall be filed during the start of classes. For those enjoying SHS Voucher and other grants, the ASBT Academic Scholarship discount will be based on the remaining tuition after the grant amount is deducted.

📌Note: Application of Academic Scholarship (AS) grant will be available at the Student Services (Guidance) once the student is endorsed by the School Registrar
📌Continuing student who are also on Top of their class is eligible to apply for the Academic Scholarship grant

𝗖. 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁

5% discount on tuition fees excluding laboratory fees per quarter of enrollment for the entire school year.
No discount shall be given on all other fees (miscellaneous, penalty charges, etc.)

Qualifications
 The Alumni Loyalty Discount is given to the direct family members of ASBT alumni.
 Only those who have completed their studies at ASBT are considered alumni.
 Eligible direct family members refer to an alumnus’ children, siblings, grandchildren, and nephews and nieces from siblings.
 The discount will be given to incoming students starting academic year 2023-2024.

PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. An alumnus who will avail of the discount for the first time must present a valid ALUMNI ID together with government-issued ID for verification purposes.
2. The eligible direct family member must also submit an ID as well as proof of consanguinity with the alumnus such as copy of NSO birth certificates.
3. Alumnus' proof of graduation in ASBT such as photocopy of diploma or transcript of records.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

👉Students are not eligible to receive Alumni Loyalty Discount concurrent with other promotional discounts such as Service Grant, Academic discount, ESC, TLC, SHSVP and Sibling Discount.
👉The Alumni Loyalty Discount will only apply where the alumnus' eligible direct family member meets the requirement for Admission into their preferred program.
👉All children of an alumni may apply for and be granted a discount, regardless of number.
📌However, only one (1) among an alumnus' sibling, grandchild, nephew, or niece from sibling, may apply for and be granted a discount.
👉Submission of the Alumni Loyalty Discount form will be at the Registrar prior to enrolment.
👉Validation of the discount will be every school year during enrolment period at ASBT. NO REFUND shall be given to students failing to apply and validate during the specified period.
👉Given the prescribed qualifications, it is the student’s responsibility to re-validate his/her Alumni Loyalty 👉Discount every enrolment without prior notice. Failure to do so will be construed as a waiver of the right to avail of the scholarship.
👉All information shall be used solely for legitimate purpose specifically for evaluation for eligibility for Alumni Loyalty Discount and shall be processed only by authorized personnel in accordance with the Data Privacy Policy of the School.

Benefits
The Sibling Discount is applicable to tuition fees only. Discount for the youngest child enrolled only.
Amount of discount given are as follows:
✅️ 3rd child – 10% discount
✅️ 4th child – 15% discount
✅️ 5th and succeeding children – 20% discount

REQUIREMENTS:

a. Accomplished application form/waiver.
b. Applicant must submit original and photocopies of his/her NSO Birth Certificates and those of his/her sibling who are enrolled in ASBT.
c. A photocopy of the parent’s marriage contract or a photocopy of the NSO birth certificate of the common parent should also be submitted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
👉The discount covers siblings, with 3 or more enrolled all at the same time in ASBT. The third or succeeding sibling/s who may avail of the discount must belong to students enrolling beginning the 1st Quarter of AY 2023-2024. In order for the younger sibling to avail of the discount, the senior sibling must enroll first.
👉The Sibling Discount Program is an initiative intended to give incentives to families covered by the program. The program may be discontinued anytime without need of prior notice.
👉 Student availing of the discount must not be under any other scholarship or financial assistance program (Service Grant, Academic discount, ESC, TLC, SHSVP)
👉 Additional tuition fees incurred from tutorial classes are not covered by the discount

Educational Service Contracting (ESC) is a partnership program by the Department of Education (DepEd)
Private junior high schools are “contracted” through slot allocations for students who would otherwise have gone to public schools. The slots come with subsidies called ESC grants, and program beneficiaries are called ESC grantees.

ESC aims to make quality junior high school education accessible by providing financial assistance to deserving elementary graduates who wish to study junior high school in ASBT.

ESC grantees are assured of financial assistance throughout junior high school as long as they meet the
requirements for regular promotion in each grade level.

REQUIREMENTS:
a. Prepare the following documentary requirements found below:​
b. Recent Identical 2×2 ID photo (2 copies
c. Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate (1 copy)
d. Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
e. Latest Income Tax Return for the previous year or Certificate of Tax Exemption or Municipal Certification of Unemployment of Parents/Legal Guardian or any Proof of Income (We will accept Certification issued from the Barangay).
